Description of the Chatham vacation house rental
Lovely, bright, private Cape Cod home. Recently purchased. Large modern kitchen with a breakfast nook that includes a gas fireplace for those chilly fall and winter evenings. Off the living room is a step-down slated area, with another dining area, which looks out to the side yard and gardens. Outside you can relax on either of 2 patios, one which includes a large Weber gas grill and a bistro 'table for two', where you can enjoy the colorful gardens, birds feeding, and active little chipmunks looking for nibbles! The other private patio, surrounded by magnificent blue and white hydrangeas, has a full set of cushioned patio furniture and a lounge chair and table. There is also a large, lovely backyard with a hammock. The home is 0.4 mi from the free Pleasant Street Beach and a short walk to the Box Office Cafe, a delightful coffee, muffin and sandwich shop with wireless Internet and a large TV where movies are also shown. You'll enjoy returning each day to this most comfortable home.

Chatham is one of the most desirable locations on the Cape. We have a den with a 2nd Cable TV and more comfortable seating. Our sun porch is a large all-season room with comfortable seating for 6 people. There is dining, not only in the kitchen area, but also seating for 6 in a slated step-down area in the living room. We have 3 zone central heating for off-season rentals. We have 2 bricked patios, one on the side and one in the back. Kitchen also includes a convection microwave oven. Kitchen has a dining area with a gas fireplace. Our telephone service includes free calls in the Continental US and Canada. We also have a hammock in the back yard.
