An easy three-minute walk down the hill takes you to Rebecca Creek, a spring-fed stream surrounded by huge cypress trees. A restricted access swimming hole in the creek can be used by RCR guests. A public golf course is located just across the creek. The night skies are unpolluted by urban lights and offer awe-inspiring views of the Milky Way on moonless nights. Be sure to book time in the spring, when the wildflowers are in full bloom. While RCR offers seclusion and a relaxed environment, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping just minutes away.
