This 3,850-square-foot, three-story, custom home has five bedrooms, three and one-half baths, a jetted tub in the master suite, library, media room, and large common area. It also has a two-car attached garage. The home features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, slate flooring, and travertine tiles. An eight-person hot tub will help you unwind after your days of adventure. It is located under the stars on the back deck. This non-smoking home has three distinct gathering areas that accommodate privacy and varying interests, making it ideal for a large family, two (plus) small families, or an executive retreat. It features five bedrooms (two kings, two queens, and two twins).

We thank you so much for the use of your home. It was lovely - everyone commented how nice it was; with a group of 10 friends (5 couples) we each had our own private bedroom and there was never a 'line' for the bathroom with 3.5 in the house! We cooked a lot in the well-stocked kitchen - and enjoyed sitting around the cast-iron fireplace in the living room and playing games in the evenings. The media room downstairs was perfect for our Superbowl watching party on Sunday...and the hot tub was a big hit! We will definitely be requesting to stay again if/when we return to Winter Park - everyone enjoyed that there was so much to do other than JUST downhill skiing - we snowshoed, went to the hot springs, went to the tubing hill...definitely a good time had by all!

This comment came from one of our workshop guests: the 88 Pine Cone house was a delightful place to call home for a couple days. It was well stocked with entertainment when we weren't eating or skiing. We all especially liked the fact the TV was downstairs, so that when we were gathering on the main level we actually sat on the couch and talked, that there wasn't an urge to automatically turn on the TV. A small thing a couple specifiers brought up to me that I thought I should share.

We had a "Girls" trip to celebrate turning 40 and we
stayed at this beautiful house. It was just perfect. So
easy to get to the mountain by the shuttle and a great
place to relax, especially in the hot tub. We watched
our "Chick Flicks" downstairs which was also very
cozy. Had a wonderful trip and will stay here again.

We just got back from Winter Park and I wanted to tell you that we really enjoyed our stay. Your place is absolutely incredible. With 10 adults no one ever felt cramped for space. As far as I am concerned there is no other place to stay at while at Winter Park!!!

Thanks again for letting us stay at your place. It was the difference between just an average trip into an excellent trip!!!!

Probably the best neighborhood in Winter Park, quiet and plenty of sunshine in yard. House itself is great with plenty of room and very nice furniture and decorations. Would highly recommend.
