Our family of 4 adults and 2 young children really enjoyed our time at this condo. Everything is exactly as described in the advertisement and pictures. Furnishings, amenities, and location were all excellent. We loved the view of downtown and the mountains and the area was generally lively (but not noisy) and very safe. Plenty of great shops and restaurants around and a grocery store just a couple of blocks away.

While the apartment is not large, it was still larger than two hotel rooms would've been and we appreciated in the convenience of a kitchen. Since we had an infant with us, the apartment wasn't too small for our party. But I wouldn't recommend more than 4 adults for the space.

Renting this suite was a wonderful experience. Oded is a very professional property manager, unlike others I have dealt with. In my opinion, this is the number one leading signal of a good rental property. It's clear he cares about the property and the experience you have with it.

Location:
The suite is right in the middle of Yaletown, central to many downtown Vancouver attractions, water taxis, etc. Everything was within easy walking distance or inexpensive taxi ride.

Appliances/Amenities:
There is a wonderful large television, DVD player, a library of music, movies and books. Wireless internet worked for everyone in our party (all at once, no less). Coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher were all nice stainless or brushed nickel finishes. The kitchen featured all utensils and cooking implements. We used the clothes washer and dryer many times and they worked well (if a bit noisy).

Decor:
The suite is decorated in a tasteful and elegant manner. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The couch and chairs in the living room were comfortable.

View:
The suite is on the 12th floor. The glassed in breakfast nook faces a large open city block bordered by the surrounding skyscrapers and office buildings. I often sat with my coffee in the morning and watched the city come alive.

Condition:
Everything in the suite was in good repair and kept in visibly good condition. Cleanliness was very good. The front of the building was always clean and elegant, with a security member always available.

Parking:
The parking space is underground in a secure area.

Rent this apartment with confidence. Our experience (3 adults) was excellent.
