You know you're in paradise when you stay in this beautiful new luxury 2-story oceanfront beach home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths. On the upper level you'll find 2 master suites overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you'll awaken to brilliant sunrises. Each suite has a king-size bed, large bay window, walk-in closet, attractive bathroom with a magnificent window view of the majestic Guana State Park where you can witness incredible sunsets. Each master bath also has a walk-in shower. Between the master suites is a spacious living room with bathroom and captivating ocean view. This room has a 42' TV, fireplace, a half-bath, and a lovely state-of-the-art open kitchen with granite counter tops and bar area with bar stools for 4. If you wish, you may open glass French doors from the living room or either master suite to walk out to a deep wood deck that extends the entire length of the house. Several feet of the deck is covered; however, several feet are also uncovered.

On the first floor you'll find two nice bedrooms located on the south end of the house. One bedroom has an amazing ocean view and offers a nice queen-size bed. Again, you may walk out of glass doors onto a grand deck that extends the length of the home. This room has a pocket door that opens to a full size Jack-and-Jill bath that adjoins to a second bedroom offering two single beds and a fantastic window view of the Guana. If you just want to sit back, relax, and perhaps read, there is a spacious family room facing the ocean with a comfortable sofa and chair available. You'll also find a television and a table with chairs for playing games, cards, jigsaw puzzles, etc. Beach fun brings wet and salty clothes and you'll find a sizable laundry room with a superior washer and dryer on the lower level.

Outside on the lower deck is a gas grill, patio furniture and an attractive half-bath for your convenience. Next to the half-bath you'll find a roomy closet for any beach toys or floats you wish to store. There is a nice walk-over that extends over the dunes to the beach, and should you wish to walk in the evenings, the walk-over provides gentle landscape lighting. Also for your convenience, there is an outside shower that offers both hot and cold water temperatures to rinse off any beach sand and salty ocean water. Come visit, relax and enjoy; it may be your first of many happy returns!

We have rented this property three times in the last year. The house is beautiful, clean, nice good quality furniture and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and more. It is my favorite part of the house. There is nothing you need to bring from home even the cookware is NICE. The location is private yet minutes from shopping and restaurants we have two teenager girls and they love to come for beach and shopping. The owners are very accommodating they live local and are a phone call away. We have rented many disappointing properties over the years that had nice pictures on the site. You will not be disappointed here and will find yourself like us coming back for repeat stays!
