We are located on the Bay Side of Clearwater Beach within three minutes walking distance to the powder white sands of Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Dolphins frolic within the view of our dock where you can fish or park your boat. We are close to golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, moonlight cruises, Pier 60 evening art shows, music and many fine restaurants. It is a 10 minute ride to Spring Training baseball stadiums, and a 30 minute ride to professional sport's teams: Tampa Bay Bucs (football), Tampa Bay Rays (baseball), Tampa Bay Lighting (hockey), also, Busch Gardens Theme Park and the Hard Rock Casino.

Nearby Dunedin, a Scottish settlement is ten minutes away by car from the condo. It has been called the Soho of Florida with it's beautiful Main Street, unique shops, restaurants, antiques, and art gallery. The town celebrates Mardi Gra and Christmas with parades. Streets are closed for art & craft shows, and holidays: St. Patrick's Day and the Fourth of July. You can rent bikes and roller blades and travel 48 miles on the Pinellas Trail.

  • This unit has a Murphy Bed that comfortably sleeps two in a double bed. Guests from colder climates stay several months at a time. The ceilings are high and you can easily walk around when the bed is in the down position. There are four windows so the Studio is spacious, light and airy. It is easy acess to the pool and outside because it is on the ground floor with a small porch. Guests with a baby or small child are welcome to use the couch for the child if they wish to stay in the Studio which is the most reasonably priced in the resort.

It has the most beautiful white sand in the world and gorgeous weather year around. You will literally feel like you are in paradise ! Fresh seafood restaurants and live music are all within walking distance from the condo.

My experience was great . The rooms had everything you could think of for comfort. They are old fashioned but I was extremely comfortable. My room even had a fishing rod.All appliances and hand gadgets and cooking utencils ,even though we werent cooking, to many fine inexpensive restaurants. I am afraid to tell you to much for fear next time I may not find a vacancy. If you go you will like it once your there you dont have to drive anywhere.Beach ,shops, restaurants all in eyes distance
Owner's Response: Yes, our Unit is truly a "diamond in the rough" among million dollar condos right next door. The high ceilings, many windows, beautiful view of the pool and water, and lovely landscaping in the resort are all pluses! Being on the ground floor makes it comfortable and convienent and great food and music at the beach are only a block away. It is paradise at an economical price. Monica/Owner
