Description of the Estero vacation condo rental
In your brand new, newly furnished, condo on the second floor, with no units above, start your day waking to the sunrise over a lake with trees beyond. But a short walk takes you to Panera Bread for breakfast or Starbucks for coffee. Walk to Barnes & Noble for a good book before heading back to The Residences Fitness Center and/or the Pool with Spa.
Your condo is brand new, bright and airy, with new contemporary furnishings and 2 flat screen TVs. It is on the second floor with no floors above, a quick flight of stairs takes you to the pool and fitness center. Of course, there is an elevator at the lobby with mail boxes and an intercom to announce your guests. Landline phone is provided. There are trash chutes on every floor. Everything you will need is included from new linens to kitchen dishes, cookware and utensils.

Both bedrooms have the same view to the east over a small lake with trees beyond. Beautiful sunrises. Both bedroom have doors to the veranda and large window doors to a small balcony.
