Estero Florida is a beautiful newly developed area, approximately half way between Naples & Ft Myers. The area has developed into a shopping and restaurant mecca. The new Coconut Point Lifestyle Center ( shopping, restaurants, movies, art shows, entertainment, etc.) Also very near is the new Gulf Shore Shopping Center and the huge Miramar Outlet Shops. A short drive takes one to The Beach, the Everglades, Concerts and Sports at the Teco Arena, The Barbara Mann Performing Arts Theatre, The Philharmonic Center for the Arts, The International Center of Design. The local Trek bike store provides all the bike trails in the area. Golf, Fishing, etc.

Beautifully appointed condo for pool, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, convenient for Barefoot Beach. Exceptional furnishings with all the amenities you would require. Owner provides all the information you need to make the most of the area.

Location, location, location!

Our stay at Coconut Point was fabulous. The condo is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The upgraded amenities (like the walk-in shower and soaker tub in the marble bathroom) will make you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel.

The building itself is very quiet - so quiet that you'll wonder if you're the only tenants! Everything from the pool to the parking garage is gated, so safety is not a concern. The pool is very nice and is adjacent to a common area, which contains a party room, fitness centre and outdoor grill.

You really don't need a car if you stay here. It's a short taxi ride from the airport and there's a shuttle to the beach. The condo is attached to the Coconut Point entertainment complex where you can walk to everything. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, spas, movie theatre, bookstores, cafes. It's all there and it's literally just outside the gates of the condo building!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It's bright, spacious and conveniently located. It's a perfect spot for couples, small families, seniors or a few girls looking for sun and lots of shopping!

It truly is a great value for your dollar.

This is an exceptional condo in a location that will not disappoint. The condo itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Walk out your door to wonderful restaurant, shopping, and entertainment venues.
We were very pleased with our stay.
And, the owners are were truly delightful.
