Luxuriously appointed, this is a destination 'resort home' perched on a hilltop, privacy and serenity reign as the home and patios over look dramatic high desert forest views to the south. Mountain views surround this home. Near by Lynx Lake fishing, about a mile as the crow flies. Approximately 15 minutes from historic award winning down town Prescott. Less than two hours to Sedona, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Flag Staff. Make a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Details include stainless steel appliances, granite counters, formal dining room and breakfast nook and a large media room is located upstairs. This 3.3 acre property is located adjacent to the Prescott National forest and its miles of trails.
