Welcome to villa Le Cliff! Our villa overlooks beautiful Dawn Beach and the beach is just a short walk away. There are breathtaking views from every room in the villa. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has Viking appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood cabinets. The tastefully decorated villa incorporates imported ceramic tile throughout the living areas and pool deck. Housekeeping services will be provided twice per week during your stay. The king-sized master bedroom takes up the second floor of the villa. The master bath has his and her sinks, as well as a dual shower. There are two bedrooms located on the main floor of the villa. A fourth bedroom with twin beds is located on the lower level. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The partially covered private pool deck has an infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. Imagine yourself spending your next vacation at Villa Le Cliff!

Two nations govern the island of St. Marteen/St. Martin. Our villa is located on the border of the Dutch and French side. We are walking distance to Dawn Beach and a short drive to many of the island's other beautiful beaches. Both sides of the island have wonderful duty free shopping, as well as fine European cuisine. The 'gourmet' capital of the Caribbean, Grand Case, is a short drive from Villa Le Cliff. Our island combines the beauty of the Caribbean culture with European flair!
