Direct ocean front single family home with it's own beach. A few steps down from deck to your own sandy beach on the Nantucket Sound! The panoramic ocean view of the Sound is incredible 24 hours, everyday. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. All rooms of the home have ocean views and the views from the deck are simply fabulous. This Home was completely renovated during 2004. The home has Wireless Internet Service, air conditioner, a new gas fireplace, brand new 46' HD LCD TV, new quality flat screen TV in master bedroom, 2 new DVD players, Sony CD/radio in the kitchen, phones, microwave, full size electric range/oven, large refrigerator, enclosed outside shower. All amenities in the house are new & quality, including the entire kitchen, entire bathroom, flooring, beds, furniture and appliances, etc. This home is in excellent condition, very well maintained and is kept neat and clean. This wonderful beach home in a great location can be yours for a very memorable Cape Cod stay.

Great location as you are right on the beach. Note that only a fence divides you from the public beach, but boy is it nice to have your own private beach area! Yummy restaurants in the area. The water is warm the sand is nice, very little seaweed. You can take daily walks in the area. It is a safe, family-friendly area. The house itself is small, but has everything that a small family could need! If you have company, the deck and large living room are nice features! Overall, it's pricey for a week's stay, but it's right on the beach! There really was no need for us to leave the property!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Location, location, location. As described, this house is directly on it's own private beach. The living room is spacious and the hd 46" tv is a nice amenity. The bedrooms are very small and, therefore, do not have adequate storage. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed the cottage. The major drawback is the lack of a/c. We had to shut the windows every evening to prevent the furniture from becoming quite damp. The addition of a window a/c in the living room would make a world of difference in controlling the moisture problem that goes along with being so close to the water.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
