Exclusively reserved for private use until last year, this beautiful home is a renter's favorite. Ecstasea House is a well-maintained home; freshly painted in soothing beach colors, with new appliances, updated bathrooms and crisp new slipcovers. Ecstasea House lives large. There are plenty of quiet corners to read or watch TV. Double doors in the living area open wide to the big screened porch for al fresco dining and visiting. A protected side yard allows you to sit on the porch and keep an eye on the kids playing outside. The back porch offers quiet, shade, and more dining space.

Ecstasea House is a warm and versatile vacation spot for your family. Fresh linens and a lovely comfortable decor are updated each spring. The house nicely sleeps seven.

A porch out every door! Our 5 porches allow privacy with room to read, sun and relax. From the top deck you will enjoy the spectacular sunsets of Seaside. (As you climb the stairs to the tower, take a peak out the window to see a picture-perfect vignette of Seaside's famous white church framed within.)

Ecstasea House sits on the corner of Forest & W. Ruskin across from the church. We always bring (or rent) bikes to give the kids (ages 17, 14, and 9) incredible freedom. They ride to Modica Market for groceries, get to the beach or pools in seconds and can explore miles of safe trails in and around Seaside . The living area has digital cable with a DVD/TV and regular cable in the upstairs bedroom with DVD/TV. We have high-speed wireless internet connection. The porches are my favorite working spots.

Other Activities: shopping, kayaking, shelling, health/beauty spa, shuffleboard, Croquet Lawn, adult-only pool available

I am a friend of the owner but want readers to know that Ecstasea House in Seaside is beautiful. It has been a few years since I was there but it was so easy, convenient and lovely. Very very nice. I would recommend it even if the owners were not my friends!
