A brand new 2 story, 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath elegant beach house just a couple of short blocks to the beach. Enjoy the view from the great room with cathedral ceilings and large deck. Great room makes for a perfect family gathering area. Cook meals and enjoy the view, friends and family from this chefs dream kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances.
There is a memory foam king bed in the master bedroom with a luxurious bath and large walk in tiled shower. Downstairs are 2 deluxe queen bedrooms with a full bath and laundry room.
