Gorgeous oceanfront home with a very open floor plan. The entire first floor is open to the ocean views including the kitchen, living room, dining area, open porch, and a large screened porch. Construction features beaded, tongue and groove woodwork on many of the walls and ceilings. Other extras include a custom fireplace mantle, oak flooring, solid wood panel interior doors, tile baths, ceramic tile flooring, outdoor shower, etc. The second floor has 5 bedrooms and three baths with the master bedroom and two others facing the ocean with outside access to the upper deck with fantastic ocean views. Also upstairs is a game / sitting room with 2 sleeper chairs. Downstairs is one of the queen rooms with a full bath. The interior has been redone with new paint, kitchen floor tile, and wool berber carpet throughout the upstairs. The exterior features include a huge swimming pool, spectacular views, fenced back yard, an outdoor shower, a private boardwalk to the beach, and covered patio.

Beach house: This open and airy oceanfront home has the capacity for comfortable island living while you are at the beach.

House Layout: The great room, with it's gorgeous ocean views, has three sitting areas as well as a dining area. The spacious eat-in kitchen overlooks the comfortable screened porch. The large master suite has a king bed and a second oceanfront bedroom has a king bed & sliding door to the sun deck. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds and share a Jack & Jill with private commodes & sinks. Two other bedrooms have queen beds ensuite.

Location: From the screened porch or from the covered deck on the first floor you will have the breathtaking views over the pool of the Atlantic Ocean. You can walk to the beach down the private boardwalk that puts you at the ocean's edge.
