Our cabin is centrally located to many spectacular scenic areas such as Chimney Rock (filming location of 'The Last of the Mohicans'), with its sweeping mountain vistas, plummeting waterfall, and quaint downtown along the Broad River. Take the kids to play in the refreshing river waters or at the beach at Lake Lure. Elegant and casual fine dining abound.

Numerous golf courses are nearby. Culture abounds with Flat Rock Playhouse, Biltmore Estates, Brevard Music Center and numerous fine art galleries, all within a short drive. If photography or nature hikes are your delight, Dupont and Pisgah National Forest overflow with gorgeous waterfalls and scenic overlooks of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Cabin at Chimney Rock

We recently rented this cabin for three nights. We were in the area visiting a family member and needed enough space for three families. We had plenty of sleeping room for everyone. The kitchen could have been a little larger since we did a good deal of cooking. The large front porch was great. At one point it rained for a few hours, but between the open living area and the large porch, we were never crowded. The cabin was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all.
The first night we realized that the gas grill was out of propane. The staff was was quick to respond with a new tank.
This cabin is well located for visits to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure.
