Shhh! Let’s Keep It Our Secret!

We have rented this charming townhome for 3 and 4 weeks, respectively, for the last two summers.

Even though the unit is in superb condition, the owners continue to make improvements. The home comes with all appliances one would have in a home and the unit is amply supplied with paper products, trash bags, etc. for your stay. You simply replace what you have used during your stay so the unit is ready for the next occupants. There is no need to run out immediately and buy supplies.

The beds are very comfortable, breakfast on the deck is very popular with our family and guests. Everything is as represented with the bonus being the walls even seem welcoming.

The owners, whom we’ve never met, seem very warm and friendly; they respond promptly to any questions/concerns. If you take the time to read comments in the guest book in their townhome, you will understand that other guests are similarly delighted with the accommodations. This book speaks volumes about the wonderful character of the owners and the fun activities others have enjoyed in the area.

The home is particularly well situated for the many and diverse activities within a short drive in almost any direction.

We highly recommend this quality, well-equipped vacation home.

My husband and I were up in the Boone area around March and viewed this house. It was just what we were looking for so we booked it for Memorial Day Weekend.
When we arrived Memorial Day weekend we found the house clean and ready for the great weekend. Check in at the rental office only took seconds and the staff was very friendly. Our party consisted of four adults, two high school seniors and one seven year old and we had plenty of room.
The homeowners have really done a great job with decorating and giving this house the special touches of a home feeling.
The only difficulty we had was with the coffee pot. The first morning we blamed the one making the coffee. On our last morning we realized the coffee pot had bit the dust. I notified the office when we checked out and emailed the homeowner later that day. I was later told that she had the rental office buy a new one.
We are looking forward to returning for two weekends this coming fall. I am so excited about drinking my cup of coffee on the porch in the early morning crisp weather.
If you rent this house you will not be disappointed in any way.

We rented this unit so that extended family could travel with us to our daughter’s graduation from ASU. It was PERFECT. My in-laws were more than comfortable in the spacious entry-level master bedroom. There was no need for them to climb stairs during our stay as kitchen, living area and deck are on same level. The owner is a pleasure to work with and offered excellent advice when I told her we were hosting a graduation celebration for our daughter’s roommates and their families. She suggested that although the clubhouse could not be reserved in advance by renters, if no one was using it renters were welcome to do so. We hosted what turned out to be a fabulous kick-off to the weekend with a Fri night cocktail party in the very impressive Echota clubhouse. Our guests asked us how we managed to get such a great venue for the event! The onsite security at the clubhouse deserves a mention here – they were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. This was our 4th rental in Echota, and although all were quite nice, this unit stands out as being impeccably clean and cared for. Even the garage was spotless. We rent condos and townhomes quite often on trips – and it is rare to find one that offers an outdoor grill that is in perfect working order and clean, we really appreciated that along with the well-stocked kitchen. We will most certainly return on a future trip.
