This one bedroom has everything you need for your vacation. It has the convenience of being the 1st unit when coming off the elevator and also it the closest to the washer/dryer room. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals but it located close to all the great restaurants of Destin. We walk to many of the local shops and restaurants. There is also the Big Kahuna Water Park across the street for those who want to enjoy other water activities besides the on site outdoor and indoor, heated pool. This is one of the few condos that has a restaurant and bar on site as well. They make a variety of foods and drinks for your pleasure. You also have a shop and weight room downstairs. The beautiful view of the ocean makes it a wonderful site for the sunset.

Location


Deep sea fishing is located about 2 miles away for those who love it as much as I do. You have many choices of boats to charter or you can catch a sightseeing tour. We have been going to Sandestin for years even before I owned this unit and still think it is the most reasonably priced place for the things that they offer you.
