HERON HARBOUR offers the best of North Ocean City, MD. Located on 120th St., only a 5 minute walk to the beach, we have a beautiful condo in a lovely setting. This luxury condominium complex is nestled in a quiet bayside area but is close to all you could want in a vacation, with 3 outdoor pools and views of the bay. Shopping and restaurants of all types are only minutes away.

This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is fully equipped for starting your vacation as you step thru the doorway. We have all new furnishings in the bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed over a double next to another twin bed. The sofa opens up to a queen bed in the living room.

We love our beach house and have furnished it with care and all the conveniences we think you'll enjoy. We have TVs in the living room and in all the bedrooms, plus DVD/VCR players.

Our condo is located on 120th St. in north Ocean City near the beach and the Northside Park. There are many things to do that are within walking distance! Northside Park has 58 acres, ball fields, jogging and rollerblade paths, soccer fields, indoor gymnasium, picnic tables, fishing lagoon and two piers...and this is the spot for the fireworks on Fourth of July! There are many places to eat from fast food to upscale dining to all-you-can-eat places, and you can walk to the nearby bars, movie theater, video rental store, shopping and so much more. Also keep in mind that the bus runs up and down Coastal Highway 24 hours a day for $2 a day. It is a beautiful area, very quiet and relaxing. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk, yet you feel the peace of the bay when you sit on the deck and look out toward the bird sanctuary.

Beautiful North Ocean City Condo

What a Beautiful and roomy Condo! It is beautifully decorated with appropriate beach theme throughout. Marsha has provided everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. There are plenty of TV's so everyone could watch what they wanted. It is very clean and has everything needed to make your stay very enjoyable. We took the family dog along and she loved laying on the porch and watching the people and other dogs walk by! We would definitely recommend this to anyone for a great family vacation. Looking forward to returning in the future. Marsha is helpful and even had the local contact person call us to let us know the Condo was ready before 1pm, which was great since we had a toddler and dog with us and it was very hot out. Thank you for an excellent place to stay in North Ocean City! Sue Appler and family.

What a wonderful week!

My family and I rented this unit to celebrate the 4th of July! What a wonderful choice! The unit is clean and well-maintained, all the essentials are at your finger tips. The pool is directly across the street and the beach is an easy five minute walk. The owners are easy to work with and respond promptly to emails and questions. I definitely look forward to stying again next year.

Great place

Stayed here during the 2009 holiday season and it was excellent. a little further away from the rest of OC but that just make the beach that much quieter. Clean and comfy. It was a short walk, less than 10 minutes, to the beach and walking distance to CVS in case you need anything. Marsha was great in handling the transaction and it was everything we were expecting. Thanks a lot and we hope to stay again!

Second Awesome Stay

We have stayed at this condo on two different occasions. Always very presentable. Nice decor', clean, convienent and affordable! No more hotels for us! Another awesome weekend in OC. THANKS AGAIN!
