- This villa was recently refurbished, which included new patio doors, new kitchens & kitchen appliances & fully repainting both internally and externally. The villa has been decorated to a high standard using exclusively furniture, beds, curtains, leather sofas, crockery, cutlery, & bed linens purchased & shipped from the UK. - Villa has upgraded patio to include ‘cooling off showers’ - Villa has a 5-metre side on mooring. - The villa is based on North finger and is nicely positioned with beautiful views of the mountains from the rear & front, and there is also a nice grass area. - The beautiful secluded North Finger beach is within a 5 mins walking distance. - The villa has cable TV coupled with password protected secure wireless broadband connection. (additional cost)
