We had a great time in this home and enjoyed the wonderful town of Dunedin. The location was great we walk everywhere. The shops were so much fun. The people so friendly. They showed the love of Animals having treats and water almost at every establishment. Every Friday and Saturday a wonderful produce market takes place. Linda was great and provided us with all we need. Location great for touring the area for more sightseeing fun.

GREAT location and ALL the amenities!!

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our family of four. It is located within walking distance of charming Main St in Dunedin. We used the pass to Honeymoon Island State Park and enjoyed ALL of the amenities of a fully furnished house. This will be our first call next time we visit Dunedin and the Tampa area!!

Great Location!

Can't beat the location....walking to downtown Dunedin with its great restaurants. House is nicely updated and very clean; furniture far more comfortable than average vacation rental. Quiet brick street, small shaded deck. We had unfortunate bad wet weather and never got to use the bikes...maybe next time!

The whole family!

We had a wonderful time at this home site. It was very easy to book and communicate with the property owners. The open floor plan was perfect and the kitchen very easy to cook in. Having a washer and dryer were an added plus. We spent most of our stay outside as the weather was beautiful. I ran the Pinellas trail daily while my daughter biked. My husband would be out walking the dog. We would return for a quick breakfast and off again we'd go, dog included. We loved the cobblestone streets and the charming homes to admire on our continuous walking endeavors. Our neighbors were very kind and friendly. We really didn't want this vacation to end, truly.

This home was immaculate, owners were easy and efficient to work with. Their typed up booklet of information was easy to read and follow. There were no bad restaurants, make sure you stay long enough to try them all. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house, dinners were always out on the town. Dog friendly everywhere. The living room restaurant even has a doggy menu.

We would definitely this property to a friend or anyone interested in a wonderful, stress free vacation with plenty to do.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and well furnished, and provided everything we needed while visiting our grandchild. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Dunedin, and close driving distance to the beach. The owners were very nice to work with via the phone and email!

Relaxing time in Dunedin

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at Linda and Bill's house in Dunedin. The house was very warm and friendly. The beds were heavenly - we all slept VERY well. Their house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic or street noise at all. The backyard was very inviting quiet sanctuary also. The bikes they have available are a big plus along with the miles of paved Pinellas trail. We used the pass to the Honeymoon island every day and thoroughly enjoyed having a beautiful beach so close to the house. It was very relaxing to walk on the beach and also enjoying the sunsets - they were spectacular!! Dunedin is a very quaint community with a wonderful downtown area and in close proximity to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Tampa and Orlando was only a 2 hour drive.

Linda and Bill were very easy to work with and very accommodating as we booked our vacation on short notice. We would definitely recommend this house in Dunedin and Linda and Bill.
