My family had the honor of staying at Linda & Bill's house in Dunedin for a few days and it was great! Linda was great about sending all the paperwork and keeping in touch up until the date we arrived to make sure everything was good when we got there. The house is so charming and so spacious! The back deck has a nice patio table with chairs and is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a margarita after a long day on the beach. All the beds were comfortable, the rooms were big, the bathroom was kept up and every room was stocked with things you accidentally forgot! (hair dryer, towels, coffee, etc.) You can cook a great dinner in the kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room. There are even board games in the tv chest! Its a two minute jaunt to downtown Dunedin (five on the bikes) and a ten minute drive to Honeymoon island, and you'll save jumbo bucks with the pass that is included as well. I just can't say enough good things about our stay. Everyone in my family was so happy to have a place that felt like home where we could enjoy each others company and all be together. And the rates they offered are truly unbeatable, no one believed the price was real when i told them! The entire experience was just wonderful from start to finish. Consider yourself lucky if you get to rent this house.
