Wonderful two story home on the Mountain Golf Course surrounded by trees and a creek running at the base of the property. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. Kitchen includes everything you would ever need for a festive family gathering; bedrooms have new beds and cozy down comforters; a comfortable living room looks out at the trees and opens onto the back deck; a large room downstairs has a full-size pool table, two couches, TV/VCR, plenty of games, and access to the backyard/golf course/forest. There are two large private decks complete with Adirondacks chairs, umbrellas, tables, barbecue and even a hammock. There is additional outdoor eating space down the back steps at a large redwood table under the trees. It is a perfect house for two families and has been used many times for celebrations and reunions.

House description: The 2500 square foot house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms PLUS a very large family room with 2 couches, a full sized pool table, TV with 75 movies to watch on the VHS and DVD player. A new 1500 square foot deck offers a great relaxation place overlooking the golf course and listening to the creek at the base of the property. One deck is off the upper level and another off the lower part of the house. The house is fully equipped with great beds and down comforter and the kitchen is equipped to serve a feast for 12. A large farm table with benches is in the dining area and a makes a great family gathering area. The house is located on 1/2 acre so there is plenty of room for everyone.
