There is a private beach access right outside the front door to the left of the driveway. Less than 3-minutes walk to Cligney Circle with over 80 shops, more than 20 restaurants, grocery store, etc. Drake's Beach House occupies 6300 SQ FT of living space. There are 2 separate living areas, 2 fireplaces, 6 Bedrooms each with bathroom and TV. Professionally decorated and high grade furnishings. The covered balconies which are our family favorite hangout have a great view of the ocean. There is a fenced-in yard with a pool and hot tub. This is a truly exceptional home and will comfortably accommodate 16 people.
The ground level has a huge living area with an Italian tiled floor and fireplace, a full wet bar with icemaker and a full size refrigerator, 3 bedrooms, and a wall of glass overlooking the pool and spa.
Kitchen & Dinning Room:
The 2nd level has another huge living room, gourmet kitchen, spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, and an expansive deck overlooking the pool and facing the ocean. The Third level features a massive bedroom/playroom desinged as kid's hangout with spectacular view of the ocean.
The custom kitchen has polished granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 4 in comfortable bar stools. All the appliances are finished in brushed steel, there is a built-in electric oven and microwave to service the large dinners! A work island also features the granite countertops and the beautiful wood cabinetry complements the entire room.
The dining room is convenient to the kitchen and there is seating for ten (10) at the wood dining table. Accented with a side buffet and tasteful framed art. Laundry room with full-size washer dryer is to the back left of the kitchen.
Outside is a large private fenced-in pool deck, gas grill tables and chairs.

BR 4: Lavish and massive master suite featuring a KING BED, sitting area, TV, spectacular view of the ocean with private bath, dual sinks, soak tub and large shower.
BR 5: Beautiful master suite featuring a KING BED, hardwood floor, sitting area, TV, private balcony with spectacular view of the ocean and pool with private bath, dual sinks and shower.
3rd level - Bedroom/Playroom
BR 6: We designed this room for the kids. It is a massive room featuring 1 QUEEN BED and 2 TWIN BEDS. spectacular view of the ocean with TV, private bathr and shower. Our kids loves this room and refer to it as the dolphin lookout.
Golf:
Hilton Head Island is a golfer's paradise! The home of Harbour Town Golf Links hosted PGA Verizon Heritage Tournament for the past 40 years. There are more than 25 public Golf Courses with-in 10 miles!!!
