This 2200 sq ft. 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Lakeview home is situated on the north bank of Lake Kimberley. The property also overlooks a Nature Preserve where Wild Turkey, Birds and of course Aligators reside. It has its own privately screened heated pool which is south facing, with plenty of sunlounging area for the 'sun worshippers'. The home is furnished to a high standard and beautifully maintained with three large reception areas comprising a lounge, TV family room and dedicated dining area. Both the kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped, all you need to bring are your summer clothes and sun lotion. There are even beach towels in the closet. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a huge king size bed, there is a queen size bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The house will comfortably sleep 6 people and provides ample space for two family occupancy.

The home is located in the new & popular 'Trinity' area. Publix supermarket Plaza is a stones throw. Restaurants, Outlet stores, Banks, and a 24hr Walmart superstore can be found at the Mitchel Ranch Plaza about 2 minutes away. Ten minutes south west and you will find Tarpon Springs the famous Greek Village known for its sponge fisheries and fresh shrimp daily. The nearest beach/picnic leisure area Fred Howard Park is also in Tarpon Springs. This beautiful facility has barbeque areas and a large beach that sits in the Gulf of Mexico. Island hop by ferry from Honeymoon Island to Calidesi Island which is minutes away. Clearwater Beach! here you can experience huge expanses of white sand, dolphin encounters, dinner cruises and more. Busch Gardens in Tampa is just a forty minute drive. The International mall is fantastic and is again found locally. Play Golf at the world renowned Innisbrook or at one of the many coarses found in the immediate area. Try your luck on a casino boat.

There is a selection of video tapes, DVDs, music cd's, portable radio cd player, dvd/video machine, beach chairs & umbrella, fishing rods with tackle, hairdryer, ironing board, iron and a breakfast nook that seats 6 people comfortably besides the separate dining area. The pool area has 2 high backed rockers, foot stool, side tables, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. In the garage there is use of 2 adult bikes, 3 childrens bikes and 3 sets of golf clubs.

We stayed at this villa for two weeks from the end of August 09. From the first contact with Stewart everything went smoothly, the direction from the airport were easy to follow just what you want after a long flight. The area is very clean and quite, the villa itself is set in a typical American suburb that has quick and direct access to Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater and North Florida.
On arrival the villa is nice and big, very well maintained and clean, the pool area is just great, the villa backs onto a very large lake which is set in a nature reserve, on our first morning we saw two deer drinking from it, the rest of our vacation we saw a variety of different wildlife. In the local area there are some good parks where you can go for walks or have a BBQ next to the lake, shopping malls and beaches are just a short drive away. There is also a Publix, CVS (Chemist) and a walk in clinic to point out just a few within half a mile.
The whole holiday was just so relaxing and nice to be around Americans in their local community We would recommend this to anyone who wants a proper American vacation away from the hustle and bustle, suitable for all ages with easy access.

the proprty is superbly located in a quite residential area, with views from the rear aspect to a lake and nature reserve, and yes we did see alligators, deer, large fish , lizzards, but no turkeys.

the property is well equiped and furnished, with a large outdoor deck, screened so no insects bother you, so you can eat and drink al fresco.

local shops , restaurants and beaches are a short drive away.there are numerous places to eat from al-a carte to fast food, shops in the local mall range from large department stores to small specialist retailers.
the drive from tampa airport is about 30-40 mins,

have visited the property before and we have in the past taken family and friends, and it is equally suited to all ages, you decide to either chill out or travel out and about.

Our Florida Holiday in our favourite Villa

Once again we have just returned from another great holiday at this property. The villa is beautiful,clean and very well maintained by Stuart the owner who is always available if you need him. The pool area is perfect as it backs onto a nature reserve and is quite spectacular to watch the wildlife day and night.

The villa is only 30 minutes drive from Tampa airport and is quite a straight forward journey.

There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We
love Chillis and Bonefish but we also enjoyed eating outside round the pool.

Beaches are within easy reach we love Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island.

We have been going to Florida for the past fifteen years and for the last four years we have been staying at this villa, and we hope to return very soon.

Returned from an amazing holiday in May with my husband and 3 year old son. The property was fantastic, beautifully decorated throughout, with a very clean and warm pool. The property was very well managed by the owner who also offered good advice. The property is set on the edge of a Nature Preserve and we saw all kinds of wildlife, Wild Turkeys, Aligators and Racoons and many more.

The property is set in an ideal location, close to some lovely beaches, we particually liked Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island and it is also within an hour and half drive to Disney in Orlando.

Definately a place that we would like to return to.

What a fantastic 2 week relaxing holiday. The villa was perfect, lovely pool, stunning master bedroom with luxurious en-suite, very well equipped large kitchen and comfortable lounge area for the whole family to relax in. We spent many hours playing in the pool and watching the wildlife in and around the adjacent lake. Fish jumping, turtles, aligators (you can see their eyes with a torch at night, amazing) and many beautiful birds. The villa is in a quiet area which was great after a busy day out. We spent many evenings tucking in to our favorite food while sat by the pool, listening to some relaxing music and chilling, heaven. Highly recommended
