Charming and comfortable on a quiet side street close in: 10 min walk to the heart of downtown, 1 min. to bakery, 3 min to water.  All new, gourmet kitchen next to inviting porch with morning sun, original floors beautifully redone, mix of antique and new furnishings. Bright and airy living room and dining room along with breakfast bar. Living room has comfortable seating with 42' flat screen and surround sound theater, rooms have I-pod docks. All mattresses and linens are new and super comfortable. Master suite upstairs with queen bed has a sofa in the reading/TV sitting area.  Second bedroom with bunk beds has own bath with children's tub. Third bedroom on ground floor by sun deck with private bath. Great location, Includes linens; washer/ dryer; 6 adult bikes; 2-person kayak; outside shower; 8 beach chairs, towels, blankets, umbrella, and cooler; central heat/air; stereo radio/CD player; porch furniture; gas and charcoal BBQ; grocery cart, Cumberland Farms nearby.

8 Beaver St. is on a quiet side street roughly two blocks up from the inner harbor, very close to Francis St. beach, a 2-3 minute walk. It sits between historic Orange St. and quaint Union St., only a two minute bike ride south from Main St. or a short, 10 minute stroll. Several notable stores are very close, the Bakery, Henry's, Sayle's Seafood, and Hatch's Liquor. It is also easy to get out to Siasconset, or the beaches at Surfside, Cisco,  or Madaket without having to cross town thru summer traffic. No car is necessary since we are so close to town, and the shuttle route is one block away, and comes every 15 minutes. However, there is off=street parking for two cars.

We stayed here Daffodil weekend and had the best time. The house is great for 2 families traveling together and every detail has been thought of.
