A fire pit area and large lawn next to the ocean front for out door games , bocce, horse shoe pits. Oyster shuckers and clam digging tools provided. On 5.5 acres the home shares the property with Pearl Point Beach House a 1500 sq ft open design vacation home. Both homes are landscaped for privacy with a creek and mature apple trees between them. The back drop to the homes is a forest of old growth Douglas furs, cedars and ferns. Walk on the beach and explore the shore life, pick oysters and dig for clams. The calm waters are perfect for kayaking. Play horseshoes or bocce. Or just experience nature as you wander along on the walking trails that run throughout the property. The evening is complete with a camp fire at the waters edge or relax in your private hot tub admiring the moon lit ocean.
