Spacious, 2200sf home has 2 private balconies with spectacular views and south balcony with gulf view. Pool area including large main pool, kiddie pool and jacuzzi hot tub, with all new deck furnishings and lounge chairs. This fully equipped home has D/W, full size W/D, 3 TVs/2 VCRs/3DVDs, ice maker, gourmet kitchen with all new appliances (including gas chef''s stove) and all new furnishings throughout. Second and third bedrooms also have private balconies. Parking for 4 cars (2 covered); Small boats/trailers OK.
