Located in a secure gated community with 2 large pools, jacuzzi, sauna and tennis courts just outside the front door. Walk the lovely grounds of the Arizona Biltmore Resort with its fabulous restaurants and spa or jog for miles along the banks of the canal. Hike up Piestewa Peak from the desert trail just outside your door. We have comfy seating for 7 and a large table to hold your food and beverages. For cooler evenings sit by the fireplace and relax to some music. The bathrooms and kitchen have marble countertops and there is a washer and dryer right for your convenience. You will appreciate the safety of this gated community with a 24-hour roving patrol guard. Both the Adobe and Links golf courses at the Biltmore are open to the public, so book your tee time early. You can also reserve a spa treatment or meet friends at the Biltmore for dinner. Enjoy watching the quail scoot across the drive and the quiet peacefulness of this green spot of heaven, right in the middle of town.

My daughter and I loved the beautiful condo and the surrounding neighborhood. The tennis courts and pool were so close and very private. We loved the patio area and the beds were very comfortable. The location was within one mile of hiking trails and I would highly recommend the horseback riding at Saguaro Lake Trail Rides. The views were spectacular! Also, the shopping at the Scotsdale Fashion Center is not to be missed. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very gracious and made sure our visit was perfect! Diane and Shelly

Nice, quiet very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner was very easy to work with and gave clear and easy to follow instructions and directions. Everything is as described and we had a great time.

Spectacular condo!

My husband, my sister and I spent 4 nights at this condo in October,2008. It is even better than the photos and description indicate. It is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well supplied if you wish to cook some meals. It is a very quiet location. It's so much more comfortable than a hotel room. We have rented condos before, but this one is absolutly perfect. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the patio and watching the sunset each evening. The owners anticipated our every need. The contract and deposit procedure was also very well organized . Don't hesitate to rent this condo! It is awesome!!!

Perfect Choice

This Phoenix luxury condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect. Centrally located with restaurants, groceries, and the famous Biltmore Resort and shopping mall just a mere few minutes drive. Also the upscale Houston's Restaurant and the Ritz Carlton are just a few minutes away.

The owners responded immediately to our initial inquiry and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

When we arrived, all communications about the property were exactly as communicated and we were amazed at the numerous extra amenities i.e. fresh flowers, bath toilitries, and goodies that awaited us that were on par with a 5 star luxury hotel, but even better.

The condo was exceptionally clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The patio was extra large, with misters and privacy. I can honestly say there was not one thing lacking. The owners had thought of and provided for their guests needs and comforts which leaves us with wanting to return as soon as possible
