Brand new townhouse , all new appliances , never lived in . spacious living room, hardwood floor downstairs, televisions in all bedrooms. two balconies one from living room and the other from master bedroom with west views of the bay. Master BR has queen bed, other bedroom has full bed and other bedroom has bunk bed, top twin bottom has full. We are four blocks from the beach and one block from the bay.

  • the new season 2009 ,1090 is in may,1390 is in June,1590 is in July and august
  • there is a $500 dollars security deposit due when you call us to confirm that week
    the security deposit will be giving back to you after the inspection of apartment.
    If you cancel three weeks before your arrival date, your security will not be return.
  • we don't have a cleaning fee, but apartment must be left the same way it was giving to you , if you leave it
    dirty there will be a $125 dollar charge.taken out of your security

Great place, great location, great time!

We absolutely loved our time in Wildwood! We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room in the house for everybody. The house is very beautiful and very clean. About a 10 minute walk from the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. Very nice and helpful people. We would recommend this place to anyone and absolutely go back ourselves.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This was our first time to Wildwoods, and this rental was perfect... Only blocks from the boardwalk, clean, and plenty of room. Supermarket within walking distance around the corner. It is just as discribed! We highly recommend it, and plan to return next year!!! Thanks for a GREAT WEEK!!!!

A great Place!

Me, My Husband and children just spent the week in this beautiful townhome. It is in a great location, close to everything (you can walk to the beach) The house was very clean and updated. If I can say one thing, the upstairs bedroom did not seem as cool as the rest of the house. Lilian and Gerry are great people to work with. This house supplied everything you would need except sheets and towels (we bought some when we got there) The food around there is great, there is an Acme, Bank, Gas Staion, McDonalds right around the corner. It was a great time for me and my family...We will be back next year! Thanks Lilian and Gerry for aa great time. Me and my kids will always remember Wildwood 2009!
