Relaxing Fountain Hills getaway duplex with great views of the arroyo and mountains. Spotless home, spacious and comfortable. No steps if you come in through the two-car garage, only one small step if you use the front door....this was important to us. Very enjoyable private patio - you can choose sun or shade - where I spent hours reading and looking at the scenery. Blood pressure went down 20 points! Well equipped and convenient kitchen...dine in or take breakfast to the patio. We are very spoiled, but the one bathroom surprisingly turned out to be no problem.
We used a car for most things because we had one hadicapped with us, but younger people could walk to shopping, restaurants or Fountain Park. We made many day trips to interesting places in that part of the state. My cell phone reception was below average at the house.
Owner are fine people, consciencious, easy to deal with, helpful and alway available. Our stay was all we wanted it to be.
