Immaculate and beautifully modernised villa comprising large living and dining room , tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with French doors opening onto balcony and garden. Fully fitted kitchen with excellent electric and gas appliances. Bathroom with fully tiled walls and floor and attractive white suite, three good sized bedrooms with attractive new beds and wardrobes. All rooms look onto the lovely landscaped gardens which surround the property. The new heated swimming pool is enclosed by safety fencing. Well secluded in a rural location with extensive views over fields and hills yet easily accessible by road to coast and 5 km from Josselin. The tow-paths and parkland of the Nantes to Brest canal lie close by (a couple of kilometres away) for walking, cycling, fishing, picnics and barbecues.

Cardeno is situated 5 kms from Josselin, a fascinating medieval town best known for its magnificent gothic chateau which rises high above the banks of the River Oust. The Basilica de Notre Dame de Roncier is in flamboyant gothic style while the surrounding streets are lined with timber-framed houses, shops, restaurants and cafes. The wide River Oust, canalized at Josselin is one of the best places for boating in Brittany. At nearby Ploermel the Lac du Duc (largest in Brittany) offers swimming, watersports and walks. The focal point of the Morbihan region is the Golfe, approx 25 minutes drive away, a vast bay which has many islands, beautiful sandy beaches and rocky inlets. The Golfe is popular for sailing and cruising. Inland the region comprises rivers, fields and woodland with many quaint villages and towns to explore. This part of Brittany enjoys an unusually warm and sunny climate which along with the rich varied habitat gives it a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Notes: Accommodation is all on one level. Floors are all wood, laminated or tiled. Access is from balcony via back door or French doors into lounge. Would suit a small family seeking a safe secluded environment or a small group of adults (2 - 5) for a well maintained home in a lovely location. Satellite television, English language dvds and videos, board games and puzzles. Table tennis, climbing frame and swing are in the garden and there are various beach toys.
