See dolphins from your beach front sweeping balcony overlooking the Atlantic located on the sixth floor of One Ocean Place Condominiums (covered parking and easy elevator access). The views will take your breath away as you enter the front door. Full glass in the living area and master bedroom overlooking the ocean. This unit has only been on the rental market for a short period of time, it's immaculate. Very nice beach and just a short walk to the Garden City Pier/Pavilion. This is the ideal place for a family or anyone not wanting to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Central Myrtle Beach, yet only a few miles away. For you golfers. Caledonia Golf and Fish Club is five minutes away plus over 25 more courses within a few mile radius. Two private oceanfront pools and two Jacuzzis are available for you to use.
