We are in a private gated community, 24 hour security, English speaking manager and housekeepers, private beach. Ten-15 minute walk along the beach to Paradise Village hotel. Ten minutes from our other condo at Playa Royale, minutes walk to Paradise Village Plaza with: grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours.

Taxi's waiting just steps away. Also: Paradise Village marina with sail boats, snorkeling and fishing tours and water taxi to Old town downtown. 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi. Our swimming pool is an infinity pool - beautiful and great for floating or swimming, it looks as if it rolls right into the ocean! Private beach, beach chairs and palapas!

Step out onto the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Banderas: flat beach for walking over two and a half miles; you can walk all the way to Bucerias/La Cruz! Perfect for swimming, and boogie boarding.
