A luxury detached villa with 4 bedrooms, own terraces, solar heated private pool, air-conditioning, heating, 3 shower rooms, a well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven), large living room with Sky TV and Hi Fi sound system, games room with full size table tennis table and utility room. There is a garden with fruit trees and purpose built barbeque area. Situated within 4/5 minutes walk from the charming Macaret fishing village, & small beach, and 20 minutes walk from Arenal d’en Castell with its beautiful crescent shaped beach, of very soft golden sand. The beach is ideal for bathing and very safe for young children. There are also water sports. Mahon Airport is 8 to 10 mins drive away.

We all had a fantastic time!! There was more than enough room for 4 adults and 3 children and we didn't even use the bedroom downstairs! The villa was really lovely and well equipped....a home from home! It was clean and tidy and the outside was very well maintained.

The pool was swam in everyday and was cleaned regularly and heated which was great for the late night swims. We had really hot weather which enabled us to make good use of the bbq at the villa. The beach at Na Macaret is within walking distance even with 7, 4 and 2 yr olds and has a couple of lovely restaurants there.

I would recommend hiring a car straight from the airport as taxi fares are quite high. They don't use minibuses as taxis on the island so we were having to get 2 taxis everywhere and by the 2nd or 3rd day we hired a 9 seater for the remainder of our stay and used that to take us back to the airport.

All in all it was brilliant. We explored the rest of the island with the hire car which really was beautiful. But the kids always wanted to get back to the villa as soon as we were away. They loved the pool!!

Mark and Wendy were very welcoming on our arrival and gave us some tips for the island. Andre was very helpful with the booking of the villa and her 1st hand description didn't do it justice. It was really lovely. We can't wait to go back!!

Well equipped, quiet with easy access to beach, restaurants (3) and supermarket..
The pool was fantastic, lovely and warm and the air conditioning inside the villa was very welcome at night.
Highly recommended.
Only confusing item is that it is advertised with 3 double beds and 2 singles but it had 2 doubles and 2 singles.

Villa was fantastic...Home from home. It was well equipped and catered well for a whole family. The personal touches in the Villa gave you the feeling of comfort.

The weather was not that kind to us, but with the heating in the Villa it made you feel snug and warm, therefore whatever the weather this Villa would be ideal. A car would be useful, however the walk into Arenal is not too far, about 25 minutes.

Mark and Wendy made you feel extremely welcome, and did a marvellous job in providing us with lots of hints and tips about the island...so thank you.

I have booked previous holidays through Bruce/Andre and have not been disappointed. The service all round is fantastic and the properties have been spot on everytime.

A high quality villa that is well equipped and beautifully maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. The living space was more than enough and the outside terraces were sheltered and provided an excellent link from the pool to the inside of the villa. The downstairs games room was certainly a plus for the children as was the English Sky TV. The pool was swum in on six out of seven days in a less than scorching week in May. The beach and Cala Moli inlet are only a few minutes walk away and an easy stroll for four small children intent on another ice cream. The supermarket at Coves Noves is only a couple of minutes drive and for more serious shopping Alaior is very convenient. The service from everyone involved was the best we have received in 14 years of holidaying in Menorca and Mallorca. This villa provided us with a really good half term break and the adults and the 4 children aged 4 - 6 all came home thoroughly refreshed. I would certainly recommend this villa, it suited us perfectly.
