Beautiful house with lots of room and beautiful bay views! Includes outdoor private pool, full kitchen, laundry room, garage for 1 car, large family room with pool table, large covered patio room, 3 large bedrooms, each like a suite with their own private bathrooms, Master bedroom has a his/her bathrooms, plus an additional 5th bathroom on first level. Includes Wireless for internet access. Great neighborhood. One block from Mission Bay and 12 blocks from the ocean. Less than a half mile from Sea World. Less than 10 miles to San Diego Zoo. Easy drive to Water Park, San Diego Wild Animal Kingdom, and Legoland. Easy day can be spent going to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm (about one and half hour drive). Two hour drive to Los Angeles to spend a day too!! GREAT place to bring kids for the best vacation of their lives!!

We are located in Crown Point area of Pacific Beach, near the beach and the bay; you can walk a half block to get to the water and a beautiful park on the bay is less than 3 blocks away. There is quick access to sailing, surfing, swimming, and roller blading. We are two blocks from Sea World Theme Park which has marine life and rides for the whole family. Disneyland, Legoland and Knotts Berry Farm Theme Parks are close driving distance. There are restaurants and fun for the whole family. Finally, this house is the perfect place for a family to enjoy it all and stay at home and relax, if that's what you prefer.

Notes: There are six TVs and three DVD players and wireless internet available (PC computer available too). There is a large room that overlooks the pool with an dining table; this room has an air conditioner, as does the family room. We are right off the Bay so there are cool breezes throughout, so few houses have air conditioning in this area because it isn't needed (we live next door and we don't have any air conditioning). There is a room with a pool table and a bar with a small refrigerator. The family room also has an organ available for playing. The house has beds for 10. There are 3 Boogie Boards available. The house is stocked with paper towels, soap, dish and laundry soap, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper,

Perfect House for a Group!: The house has three very large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a new California King bed and a twin bed, the second has a full Murphy bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a sleeper sofa that folds out to a Queen bed in the pool table room that has a separate bathroom. The Master bedroom has two bathrooms that share a large, walk in shower between them. There are beds for 10 people. There are four DVD players in the house and one VCR. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wall for privacy and does have a heater, if desired. The lanai room has a TV and looks out over the pool area. There is a brand new gas barbecue in the pool area for grilling steaks, etc. There is wireless internet access and there is a PC on site for use, if needed.

Centrally Located!: The house is centrally located in Pacific Beach which is on the bay. The house is near Mission Beach and very close driving distance to downtown and La Jolla. Sea World Adventure Park is within walking distance. Los Angeles is a two hour drive and Disneyland is approx. an hour and half drive.

Well Stocked!: The house has the simple items that are a pain to buy on your vacation, such as trash bags, paper towels and napkins, laundry soap, and toilet paper. The house is like a treasure - you will constantly find fun items in it that aren't listed here.

I have already recommended this home to several people by word of mouth! Very nice place very friendly neighborhood! Im very pleased with my stay here. We are a family of six more house then we even needed! Kids had a blast in the pool! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!!!
Owner's Response: We have enjoyed all of our guests! It is wonderful all the nice people who have travelled and stayed with us. San Diego is a place that is great for groups.
