Enjoy the Historic downtown Chippewa Falls from the Leinenklen's Brewery, Wissota State Park, wineries, bike and walking trails. Bring your boat to fish over 6,000 acres or choose to fish right off the dock. Lake host Muskie, Northern, Walleye, Bass and many other types waiting to strike your hook. Choose a day on the lake and stop by one of many restaurants on the lake or top off your tank with gas. Paddle across the bay and enjoy the sand beach at Wissota State Park or go water ski and tubing. Canoe and boat lift included. Enjoy Country Jam, County Fest and Rock Fest near by then relax by your own camp fire. This is our personal cabin and loud partiers need not apply. Please come and enjoy the area as we have. Fantastic long-term stay!

We stayed at Del and Carol's lake home during the remodeling of our home. We stayed for 3 1/2 months over the holidays. I was worried that we would not be able to have our family over for the holidays, but this rental is stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of - right down to a turkey roaster and pie plates! It has two tables which easily seat 8 if not 12 people! It has a game/puzzle closet, and more dvd's than most people own! It has plenty of extra linens, towels, pillows and blankets too. We loved having the dish washer! (Who wants to do dishes when you're on vacation?) It also has a washer and dryer. It has a beautiful, large yard, which we only used before the snow fell, but what a great yard for summer time use! I highly recommend this home for your next stay! It's got it all!

Lake house memories

We had a great time at this well furnished and well maintained lake home. It was very clean. We were welcomed by Del and were very pleased that our dog and grandkids were also welcome. We had plenty of firewood and enjoyed nightly campfires. My son brought his boat to the dock & took us on a tour of the Lake. My granddaughters and I also canoed the quiet bay in front of the house...Thanks to Del and Carol for their fantastic stash of movies....we managed to find time to watch several. It was a good time for making memories.

Best Kept Secret in Wisconsin

This was the second time we have stayed at this wonderful Home on Lake Wissota, As usual the weather was as perfect as the Cabin. Del and Carol do a fantastic job of keeping the Cabin and surrounding grounds picture perfect. Once again we were greeted by Del & Carol on arrival telling us of the New improvements they have made since last summer. (like you could improve on perfect). This Cabin has everything you could ever need for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook & entertain family & friends. Del & Carol provide anything & everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay from Lawn Chairs, Beach Towels, Games, Puzzles, Audio/Video, Washer/Dryer to Beautiful Scenery. Just Like Home

Del and Carol welcomed us to their beautiful lake home. We went to Chippewa Falls to visit family and so the Grandkids could visit their Great Grandma for the first time. Since the home had everything we needed we could have all of the family over for a cookout at our home away from home. Had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful landscape and surroundings. We even found a uncle lived right down the road. Beautiful place to visit and stay.

Great Place to Stay

We had a "sisters" weekend and was very pleased with the accomodations there. Everything we needed and then some were available to us. The lake was beautiful as was the property. Very well maintained location. The owner came to greet us on our first night there and even started our camp fire for us..We will definately return in the future. Thank you to Del and Carol for a great mini vacation and sharing your place with us...
