Ocean views and gorgeous sunsets will be enjoyed from the 3rd floor of this ocean side home. Located in the private community of Sanderling, you’ll enjoy community pool, tennis and walking paths. Level 1: 2 outside showers, charcoal grill and enclosed foyer/entry way. Level 2: Laundry facilities, 2 Queen master bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bath, and a bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Level 3: Great room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and TV/VCR/Stereo with CD, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate ice maker, dining area, sitting room with TV/VCR/DVD.
