Whether you are looking for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this totally remodeled home has it all. Just east of downtown Pensacola, Polynesian Isles is in a low crime area, with high income living. Your large screened private pool deck over looks a deep water canal with excellent fishing. You can watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening, or relax around the fireplace in the living room. This beautiful house also includes a full-size kitchen with appliances and dishes, a big-screen TV in the living area, and large TVs in all other rooms. Large master bathroom with a garden tub. DVD players and Playstation 2 included. If you have a boat you may dock it in the backyard. Don’t have your own boat? You can use my boat, which contains a live well, dry storage, and radio. Cruises around 20 mph and holds up to 5 people. (boating equipment included)

Every effort will be made by the owner to have the boat ready for use by your estimated arrival date and time, and if maintenance is required on boat while you are staying at the house, a partial refund will be provided for the days the boat is not available.

My family and I rented both of Mark's houses in July for a family reunion, and had a very relaxing time. The houses were very close, so it allowed our families to spend the max amount of time together. Additionally, there was plenty to do at the house, and if we had a question about how to use something, Mark or his wife usually returned our phone calls and emails within a few hours. We've already told our friends about these houses, and will be coming back for our next getaway.

Thanksgiving Haven

Our trip to be with family for the Thanksgiving holiday could not have been more complimented than by this beautifully "homey retreat." The moment we entered the home there was a sense of coming home. Our families in florida have all downsized in their personal homes, and this home offered more than enough room for everyone to come and visit with us. The extra activities such as pool & ping pong tables offered hours of entertainment. The extra games that came in the home as well as puzzles offered a perfect ending for our busy days. Relaxing together and having fun just hanging out doing puzzles was how we spent a lot of our evenings. Our family looks forward to revisiting this home soon. There are many for rent right now, but the added extras cannot be topped!

My family stayed in this house for a week in August, and had a great time. We only used the boat twice because my son and wife ended up with some bad sun burns. The house had everything we needed, including a pool table, which was great for entertainment at night. We went to the beach a few times, and would recommend Billy Bobs barbeque off of Hwy 98 if you like good barbeque (down the street from the house). We will be back next year!
