The condo located in the center of the Isla Verde area, next to the beach, exclusive hotels, casinos and night live entertainment. The International Airport is 1 mile away from the condo. The studio is fully equipped with TV, DVD and CD player, cable TV with a premium service, Internet access, AC, buildings laundromat and 1 parking slot. The studio is on the 16th floor with a partial view to the beach and a front view to the Airport and El Yunque (National Rain Forest). Hospitals, 24 hours pharmacies and supermarkets are also closed to the condo.

like people said in PR, "BRUTAL" (great) Hector nos trato de mil maravillas. primero el recibimiento con una botella de vino, y todo el tiempo muy atento, estuvo muy atento de nuestra llegada, hasta el punto que parece que nos estaba "oliendo" (ja,ja,ja, estoy bromeando) digo esto porque al momento de salir del avion, nos recibio con una llamada de bienvenida. eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. les recomiendo a cualquiera que valla a PR que trate de quedarse en este apto, ya sea con su pareja, o incluso si va con un nino o tres personas. GOZAMOS UN MONTON e indudablemente que el apto contribuyo mucho a esto, (especialmente la vista a la playa y al yunque, oooh y que no se nos olvide los espejos en la pared,(esto ,si va con su pareja solo). Hector de nuevo MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TU ATENCION, y la proxima vez que vaya a PR espero que el apto este disponible. Gracias de nuevo!!!!!!!!!.
ps: no quiero dejar de mencionar la piscina y tambien el restaurant de la esquina, 'mario' el apto super limpio..;y la playa a la entrada del 'gate' atras. todo super comodo y placentero.(lo unico que se necesita es la ropa para bailar en uno de los muchos club que estan cerca.

Vacation in Isla Verde

Great location just steps away from the beach. We rented this beautifu apartment during my son spring break. My son love the fact that we just go down stair and to the beach. The owner did an excellent job in making sure that we had everything we needed in the apartment....including a nice bottle of wine...Thank you Hector!

Two Soldier Girls on a getaway

Great place. Greeted by owner who ensured our stay was perfect. Everything you get at a hotel and more except for the maid service. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs and shops. If you are looing for something economical with a classy feel this is it. I'd go back on a heart beat. All you need is your bikini and suntan lotion.
