One Seagrove Place - 2 Bedroom Gulf Front Condo, Heated Pool

Went to One Seagrove place this past June. Condo itself was Ok for the most part. Really liked the location and the beach was very very nice and easy to get to. First couple of days we had a few issues like a bathtub that wouldnt drain and a toilet that didnt flush very well. Rental agency fixed it within the first couple of days and were very responsive. No big deal. Royal Beach Rental Agency was great!!!

Plenty of room in the condo for 4 adults and was very comfortable for the most part. Definitly needs some updating. Carpet is pretty wore out, and just didnt look good. Bathrooms are very small including the Master bath which was basically no different then the guest bath. When we got there, there were no hangers in the closet but they delivered them after talking to the agency. The deck was great for looking at the gulf but was lacking in decent patio furniture making it uninviting. Had a couple of small dingy plastic tables and chairs which were not comfortable for any period of time. The excuse that there is not enough room doesnt work cause I saw many units close by that were set up pretty nice and there is plenty of room for something other then what is there currently. Living area TV is and older small tube TV. A larger flat screen would also give it a more modern look and be much better when watching a movie at night.

Sorry for being critical or nitpicking but just trying to help. Over all, It was not a bad place to stay and I can see a lot of potential for making it even better. I have stayed in many nice condos in Florida over the years and in many locations. Some places we were really WOW'd when we walked in. I would even consider staying here again possibly in the future if I wasn't wanting to be wow'd by where I was staying. All said and done ......... It was a great time staying on 30a and I plan on visiting the area again next year. Thanks!!!!
