2 Night Minimum Stays
Perfect for larger groups that want together time, but prefer their own private spaces. All are ocean front,
with a sandy beach, with totally unobstructed views.
Get a group to chip in and have a group gift.
The Condominiums:
These cozy NO pet, NON smoking units are perfect for everyone. Singles, couples, honeymooners, families and retirees and family
reunions. This is perfect for sporting teams or large groups that want lodging in the same complex, but their own private space.
Relaxation:
You can sit in the comfort of your units and watch whales, sea lions, surfers, kite flying, pelicans, otters, sea gulls, incredible
moons, radiant red sunsets and sometimes a wild pacific storm. If you were any closer, 'you would need swim fins and gills'.
Sleeping:
The master ensuites have either a King or Queen bed.
Bathrooms:
There are 15 full baths. Two (2) in each unit. We also have a studio unit with (1) full bath.
In units:
Fully equipped kitchens. Everything you need plus more, is supplied for you.
Linens and towels:
We provide you with 'REAL' sheets and real towels. These are top of the line linens.
In addition:
There are 2 TV's in each, DVD players, beach chairs, WI/FI, lanterns, ironing board, iron, beach towels, hair dryers and binoculars.
Dining:
Dining tables for four to eight in each unit. The studio seats (3)
Internet:
There is free WI/FI provided for you, in all the units.
Pool:
A year round heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.
Weather:
Temperatures: Summer: 60 - 70. Spring & Fall: 60's. Winter: 50's. Always with ocean breezes.
Food:
Directly next door is a lovely restaurant, Kyllo's, that has good food and a nice atmosphere.
There are many good eateries in our area.
Location:
The units are centrally located and close to the Tanger Outlet, Chinook Winds Casino, golfing,
Devil's Lake boating and water activities, whale watching tours, live theatre and a health spa.
Activities:
Build yourself a fire, or sand castles, on the beach, visit lighthouses and covered bridges.
Try indoor miniature golfing, kite flying, surfing, biking, hiking and shelling.
Something different:
Play or ride your car on the beach or visit the sand dunes and rent a dune buggy.
Classes:
Participate in glass blowing or glass design and cooking classes.
The City:
Lincoln City is known for it's beaches, casino, entertainment, activities, eating and shopping.
There are many one of a kind shops and antique shops.
Chill out:
We have many family activities or sit back in your living room and watch the surf and the critters.
Casino:
There is a free shuttle to/from the casino that picks you up on the property. It's only a short ride away.
Shuttle:
For an additional charge, there is a shuttle to/from several points in Portland, including the Airport.

If you need anything, we are locals. We can assist you with almost anything.
Checking in:
WE PERSONALLY GREET YOU, upon your arrival. We hand you the keys. We will point out features and all the
amenities in both of the units and on the property that are here for you to use and enjoy.
