Located within the gated community of South Down Shores in Laconia NH this is the Perfect spot to vacation. Great for all ages. Come and enjoy the pool, tennis, walking trails and the sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. New to the rental market this home feels brand new. This is a detached condo with a Master Suite on the first floor, 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a loft on the third floor accessible by a spiral staircase. Close to all of the Lakes Regions attractions. Minutes away from the town of Meredith and all its fine dining restaurants and clam shacks! Just around the corner from Weirs beach and Fun Spot for the young ones. Hop on the Scenic Railroad and take a ride around the Lake or go to the Weirs and spend a day on The Mount Washington, a large cruise liner that will take you to all the ports on Lake Winnipesaukee. And in the winter, you're only 20 minutes away from great skiing or fun snow tubing at Gunstock Ski Resort.
