This 15 acre condominium resort in the heart of Osage Beach has a half mile of shoreline, a spectacular 10 mile view, a spacious pool deck for sunning on the point, a lazy river, a kids water area, with a panoramic view of where the Grand Glaze Bridge meets the main channel. This new resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk the full mile of waterfront and an elegant 5,000 square foot clubhouse. This brand new (May 2008) two bedroom, two full bath, 1,200 square foot condominium has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and spacious. The master bedroom has a King bed, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twins (can be pushed together to make full), a large closet, and a full bath. Full Size Sofa Sleeper sleeps 2.

Great Time & Beautiful Condo

I have been to the Lake of the Ozarks for many years, but this was the first time I had rented out a condo to stay at. It was definitely the best way to go by far. The condo looks just as good as the pictures or even better in person! The condo is beautiful and right on the water, but only minutes from shops and grocery stores. The view from the condo is great and I just couldn't be happier with the overall dealings with the owner (Matt). He is extremely nice and made the whole experience completely hassle free. I would definitely rent from him on future trips to the Ozarks and wouldn't think twice about recommending his unit to others! Thanks for everything Matt! - Jon

We stayed here last year and had the time of our lives. My kids still talk about it, probably on a weekly basis. It is close to so many things, and is truly just a great experience. We wanted to go back this year, but aren't able to due to a job loss. However, we have every intention of staying again - Soon! :)

The owner of this property provides outstanding customer service. That alone, is reason enough to want to return. However, I must say that the pictures do not do this condo justice - it is stunning in its decor as well as its views. The location is ideal (close to the outlet mall and restaurants - (get the Reuben at Wobbly Boots nearby). It was too cold (March) during our visit, so we didn't use the pool. However, the fitness center has a pool table (beautifully appointed in there as well). The elevator is conveniently located near the condo's door but there is no noise whatsoever. Beds are comfy! We will return!

Picture Perfect!

I searched these properties online with a fine toothed comb to find one that we thought we would like. We had stayed before at a couple that looked good in pictures, but were very outdated and drabby when we saw them in person. I was very pleased to see that this one was picture perfect! The condo in person looks exactly the same as the pictures the owner has posted. It is beautiful. It is obviously new and very well cared for. It looks right over the lake and has the perfect balcony for sitting out. The owner was professional and very helpful in recommending a marina that rented jet skis for us to use. There is an elevator to get you to the 2nd floor and a great pool and playground for kids,. I will use this property again, and would recommend it to anyone who asks.
