Family of 5 (Grandpa, Mom, Dad, 3yo, 1yo); all had an outstanding time. The condo has everything you could want, including open child-friendly space, portable crib, high-chair, comfy couches, big TV, spacious dining table, new kitchen, and laundry. Having the pool and grills right outside your door (w/o having to battle the elevators) was great -- condos not on the first floor seemed to have major elevator hassles. Playground next door at the State Park was a nice plus.
Very family friendly -- other pools to explore (for a change of pace), and a lovely beach (with lots of other families/kids). Hurricane came through (offshore) putting a bit of a damper on the end of our stay, but even with that we had a lovely time. Only improvement would be to have a 'luggage cart' available to help bring stuff up from the car -- some owners provide it. I think the resort itself could have a few around. Great 'customer service' from owner (Steve).
Bottom line -- Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again.
