Kellye's Villa is located in a PRIVATE, GATED community, The Sanctuary at False Cape, at the southern tip of Virginia Beach in Sandbridge. The new 2 bedroom condo is exquisitely decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. From your balcony, you can easily view the Atlantic Ocean on the right and Back Bay on the left. The vacationer will find wild horses from Spanish Galleons, sea turtles, and over 100 species of birds. Activities include a day at the beach or pool, biking, golf, kayaking, jet skiing, or hiking in the state park. When you are prepared to relax after a long day, enjoy watching the 42' Samsung LCD 1080 flat screen TV in the family room or 37' Samsung LCD 1080 flat screen TV in the master BR. Five(5) second walk to adult/kids pool, hot tub, Viking grilling stations, library, and workout facility. Great golf at Va Beach TPC course, Signature at West Neck, and Hell's Point. Out on the balcony, seating around the porch table is perfect for your morning coffee and reading.

Amenities: Viking gas grills, teak tables, pools and hot tub, game rooms, fitness center, library, free parking, and new in 2008 the Tiki Hut Bar and Grill on the ocean......with 'in-pool' seating. The Wildlife Refuge adds an additional nine miles of natural beach, including biking and hiking trails.

Other amenities: Ample space in the garage level storage unit to place beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and toys!!! This frees up living space in your home away from home.

This was our first trip to Virginia beach with the children. After the long drive, what a wonderful surprise to arrive at a spacious, beautifully furnished condo. We had lots of space for the kids, nice bathrooms and TVs. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and it was nice to sit outside on the balcony at night once the kids were asleep and enjoy the sounds of the waves.

Also, it was very nice to have the swimming pool right outside the front door. The beach was also very relaxing and the children had a great time making sand castles.

We will definitely want to return and I would recommend to everybody!

Very relaxing in a secluded area of Virginia Beach

This unit was conveniently located, first floor right next to pool, grills, elevator and fitness room. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit upon our arrival. This unit had everything we needed for our weeks stay. My family had a great time. The other renters were very friendly. The views of the beach were beautiful. The weather was great and the water was perfect (our stay was 8/23-8/30). A short drive to the main boardwalk of Virginia Beach, shopping, The Virginia Aquarium, etc., with the convenience of being secluded from other tourist traffic. We will definitely be returning in the future (we were so impressed with amenities of the condo resort that we are contemplating purchasing our own unit!). I would highly recommend this rental to others and will be telling friends and family about our wonderful vacation in your unit. Thanks Kellye.

Great Family Vacation Spot for all ages

If you are seeking a quiet & relaxing beach vacation then this is the spot for you and the whole family.


Pros:
Outstanding complex and great unit. The two major pool areas were great, one with a panoramic beach view and the other outside the unit.

The Unit location was great as it is on the same level as the pool and outdoor grills.

A quick drive away from Virginia Beach & the Aquarium both a must do for your family.


Cons:
Only negative experience was the actual beach water as there was a fair amount of seaweed. Perhaps tropical storm Fay had something to do with that. Around the same time last year, we vacationed in the outer banks and did not have the same experience with the seaweed.

However, the beaches were very clean and not too crowded, something we all loved.

Overall:
The Resort is a great vacation spot as it offers something for the whole family. We will return next year.
