Sitting high above crystal clear Coffee Pond, the deck makes it seem you are in a tree house looking down on the shoreline.
Humming birds visit the deck, you can bass swim the dock by from the deck, the resident Loons make their presence known throughout the day.
We enjoyed reading and sunning on the dock, swimming in clean and clear water, or just the quiet of a pond with a low level of powerboat traffic. Walking down to the dock and lake is well worth the effort. The depth of the water around the dock is perfect for children with plenty of "protected" (boats do not come close) water to float or swim.
Coffee Pond is nicely secluded yet close to shopping, golf and recreation and tourist stuff. This cottage is a great base to plan your day trips and then come back and just relax.
