Perfect family holiday location

This home was exactly what our family was hoping to find for our vacation. There was lots of space to spread out and relax. The open lanai at the front of the house was the perfect place to have a morning coffee, read the paper and plan what to do for the day. The pool was wonderful and the home was very clean and well equipped with all the ammenities and conveniences for all of us to be very comfortable. The proximity to the private beach was great and we enjoyed going for walks in the neighbourhood and seeing some of the luxurious homes in the area. Dick and Bev were wonderful to rent from and incredibly friendly! They gave us some terrific tips and suggestions to help make our stay in Clearwater Beach both relaxing and memorable!

Beautiful! And the location is just wonderful!

We have stayed at this home on several different occasions. This is a beautiful home that is perfect for a family reunion or multi-generational family vacation. The glass wall separating the outdoor living room (lanai) from the dining/kitchen area totally disappears to create a very special living-outside feeling.

If you don't want to sit in the outdoor living room, you can go to the pool, which is on the other side of the house. It is very private, and includes a built-in jacuzzi or hot-tub.

Or, if you prefer, the in-law suite has its own balcony upstairs where you can enjoy a bay view. There are many different areas to enjoy while having some privacy from others in your party.

Just around the corner is private access to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen.... it is truly remarkable. The sand is very fine and white... very different from the Jersey shore type of sand. We enjoyed beach-combing (the shells and driftwood we found are just great), running on the beach, and swimming in the warm Gulf water. Oh, and not to be missed... the wildlife preserve at the far end of the beach is magnificent, providing world-class birding.

This is a special place... we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays here and hope to return many more times.

I was very dissapointed with this villa as it wasn't cleaned for us coming, the beds and bathrooms were cleaned but that was all there was food left in microwave, floors were dirty, benches dirty, outside furniture covers dirty and place smelt of damp dogs we had to go out and buy cleaning stuff loads of fabreeze and airfreshners. we told owner pool needed cleaned too pool cleaner came day before we were leaving. For the money paid for 1 week in this villa i expected a beautiful and clean villa i got neither.

Owner's Response: We take exception to this as we never had one complaint about home not being clean. on the contrary, we receive all glowing reports from over delighted guests, remarking they will return.. in the future.. Immaculate and stunning are the enthusiastic remarks,shared by our guest's to us ,as they wave goodbye with wonderful memories of their stay at our Sea Breeze beach property. Our luxurious new Hi-Tech pool and spa,is maintained every thursday ,by expensive top- quality professionals never, never hearing any guest's compalints. Our pool was just serviced the day before these people arrived.We will gladly furnish a list ot past tenants to anyone who wishes. respectivly,
