Photos and Description of the Sao Bras de Alportel region vacation villa rental 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, cloakroom, sleeps 6 people

On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave; cloakroom and hall. The raised dining area has 2 steps leading down to the living room with satellite television, music system with CD player, ceiling fan for summer and wood burning stove for the cooler months. Doors lead out to the terrace, garden, barbecue area and private 8 x 4 metre pool. Stairs from the hall lead to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a shower room. Further steps lead to the master bedroom with king size bed plus small seating area and en suite bathroom. Doors lead to a private terrace with decorative barbecue and steps down to the pool. For cooler months, there is an open fireplace in the living room and the villa also has electric wall heaters. There are also fans in the living room and two of the bedrooms for summer months.

Away from the busy coastal areas, but certainly not isolated, Sao Bras is a traditional Portuguese town offering a variety of shops and restaurants and can truly be described as The Real Algarve. Located just 25 minutes drive from Faro, Tavira or Quinta do Lago, Villa Terenia is situated in a small development of privately owned properties offering communal tennis courts, pool, bar and restaurant. Its hillside position, just two kilometres from Sao Bras enjoys wonderful views and cooler air in the hot summer months.
