This building is a Duplex, with one house upstairs and one downstairs. This setup makes it great for family reunions and group retreats. You get the best of two worlds: everyone is together, yet there is plenty of privacy with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. Grandpa and Grandma can stay on the ground level if they don't want to walk upstairs, and watch their little grandkids can play in the enclosed front patio downstairs. Mom, Dad, Uncles and Aunts can BBQ on the deck upstairs, dine outdoors, lounge in the sun, have a glass of wine and watch the ocean. Teenagers can walk 90 yards to the beach. when they come back they can use the warm water outdoor showers and jump in the jacuzzi hot tubs. For dinner, you can use the large kitchen and dining room, and everyone can gather upstairs and enjoy the great setup with the large dining table, living room, fireplace, and deck with the view. After dinner, all can stroll to the cement ship and watch the sunset.
