Very Nice - Great Location!

This Scottsdale condo is in great condition and located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for 2 couples during our week of vacation. Less than 5 minutes from the 101 loop provides easy travel to just about anywhere. Easy walks are even possible to major shopping and restaurants. The pool and surroundings look exactly like the pictures and make for a wonderful stay. Making arrangements and communication with Silvia was the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend staying here to anyone without hesitation.

This condo unit is well located, well equipped and clean. It is in a convenient ground floor location near the swimming pool and parking lot. Silvia provided seamless instructions via e-mail which made our arrival and stay stress-free.

Enjoyed Our Stay at Your Condo

Hi Silvia:
We arrived back on the 20th. Enjoyed every minute of the vacation.

Your Condo was in great shape and had all the comforts and conveniences you promised. The layout, decorating, and appliances were all top-notch. Liked virtually everything so we won't go on and on! Particularly enjoyed having that second TV. I got to watch a lot of golf.

We thought your location was superb being so close to the pool, BBQ, and the service center. Also such a nice area for daily walks, and quick access by car to 101, restaurants, golf and shopping galore.

Would also like to commend you for the clarity and timeliness of your contract and other communications. You answered all our questions accurately and promptly.

The pictures on the website truely depict your condo, and your contract says what it means and means what it says. What's more commendable is you haven't chosen to embellished the facts which happily stand on their own merit.

Enjoyed the experience! Would do it again. And would recommend your condo to others.

OUT TIME IN SCOTTSDALE

The Allison Condos are awesome! This is a wonderful complex with an incredible pool/bbq/hot tub area. This particular area of Scottsdale is in my opinion the best 3-5 square blocks to stay in within the entire Phoenix Valley. The condo was very clean and very well equiped. No complaints at all and we certainly would stay here again.
