Located in the gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes. This is a 5 bedroom and 4 bath brand new house with modern furniture and new appliances. The first level has large living room with gas-fireplace and 42 inch plasma TV, DVD Player, DISH NETWORK satellite service, dining room with the table for 12 people, game room with PlayStation 2 and large selection of video games, sauna room for 6 people with pool table. Also includes one bedroom. Second floor has a master suite and 3 other bedrooms. You will have full access to all amenities available within the community. The amenities include 5 lakes (3 swimming and 2 fishing lakes), 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool (with lifeguards), basketball and tennis courts. Walking distance to pool and lake. The house is within a 5 min drive to four major ski resorts, Jack Frost & Big Bolder. Camel Back and Blue Mountain are about a 15 min drive. Pocono Raceway a 5 min drive. Big Bolder Lake a 5 min drive.

My family and I rented this property and we couldn't ask for anything so accomodating and just perfect. We love this house, it has everything and more. They kids loved the trampoline, the guys enjoyed the pool table - we had a blast on the wonderful huge deck with it's own BBQ grill.
I recommend this house to anyone and their family, looking to be comfortable in a new/clean very spacious, lots of bathroom brand new home.
Not forgetting It's walking distance to the pool and has a nice Sauna room as well.

this is a beautiful house,

It has all you need to pass an amazing time, all the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equip, and the area is quiet, beautiful, and has like 4 lakes and a swimming pool.

The owner is an easy going person, so easy to deal with that I couldn't believe it.he will solve any situation as soon as possible with no drama involved. we broke a chair, and he charged me a minimum, he understands that things just happen.

my friends and I had wonderful time, probably will rent the house again next year.

we all loved the house, and recommended it 110%.
