A short walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach/Sand Hill Cove, with sea wall for gentle waves, playground, picnic tables, and boardwalk,food concessions and bathhouse.
Attractions & What's Near By: Go to Chamber Of Commerce Visitor's Center,36 Ocean Rd.(at 'The Towers'/Town Beach). Walk to Sand Hill Cove Beach/Gallilee. Windsurfers/sail boarders love the Point Judith Lighthouse.Scarboro State Beach! Surfers flock to Narr.Town Beach. Atlantic Ocean view at 'the deck' at The Coast Gaurd House Restaurant. All near by miniature Golf, go-carts, batting cages . Bike Path from Wakefield to Kingston, walk, ride rollar blase. Historic Jamestown and Newport shopping, mansion tours, The Cliffwalk, Fort Adams, and The Inn At Castle Hill are a short ride. Casinos:Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, less tha an hour drive for gambling and entertainment. Downtown Providence restaurants, theater, and Saturday night 'Water Fire'
